Breathwork releases stress and helps take away my anxiety. Breathwork has helped me to focus on what I am holding onto that needs to be let go. It allows me to repair my body by moving pent-up energy that creates physical manifestations of illness, colds, joint, and muscle pain. Breathwork has helped me when I need to reset myself when I get overwhelmed to understand everything is okay and take back control of my body and emotions.
Through your coaching on breath work, it has not only helped me get an immediate relief to stress on the mind and body, but taught me where my current state of breathing was and how often I was living in the short and fast breathing environment.
